This Code of Conduct sets out the principles and standards of professional behaviour expected of all directors, officers, and employees of Cornwill Realty Corp. It reflects our commitment to conducting business with the highest ethical standards, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Employees must avoid situations where their personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of the Company. Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to the Compliance Officer.
Confidential information of the Company, its clients, and business partners must be protected. This obligation continues even after the employment relationship ends.
Company assets must be used for legitimate business purposes only. This includes physical assets, intellectual property, proprietary information, and technology resources.
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The Company encourages all persons to report suspected violations through the Whistle Blower mechanism.
